I saw this today in the Austin Chronicle (scroll to the bottom) which made me laugh.
We're making final edits to the movie at a rather comfortable pace, I'm happy to say. As Poyboy mentioned in his blog we've arrived at an opening sequence not all that different, but yet tighter and more coherent in subtle ways, from what it was in previous cuts. Folks, you're gonna have to bring your brains to this movie... that's just the way it is.
We were interviewed yesterday by one of the editors of Filmmaker Magazine. She said the piece would be included in the Sundance/January issue. I've got my conspiracy theories but I'll refrain from printing them here.
We should find out whether TCK is in Sundance either late this week or early next. That's a matter of days, kids! Yikes!
